Online Orders:

Tracking numbers & Confirmation numbers will be sent Via Email. You will be notified of any expected Delays using the contact email/phone number that you provided.
You’ll receive a tracking number in less than 24h after placing your VIIBRO order

•Pick up orders:

Pick Up orders will be held up to 2hours for free.
The hold cost is $10 hourly.
We will hold your order for $10 an hour for up to 5h.

No Refunds will be given for Pick Up orders that exceeds over 2h wait time without notice.

your order will be canceled after 12hours is no-notice.
